Breathe in: 1… 2… 3. Hold it. Now exhale, releasing any stress or worries that aren't helping you right now.


If it feels right, gently close your eyes.


Breathe in again for three… hold… and then breathe out.


As thoughts or concerns enter your mind, acknowledge them and then set them aside for this moment. This time is dedicated solely to you.


Letting Go of Tension


Continue breathing deeply, feeling relaxation spread throughout your body.


Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation, picturing it wrapping around you like a warm blanket. Feel the calm flow down your shoulders and back, easing away the tightness you might be holding.
